Boys Varsity Track, Girls Varsity Track · Solid showings for Trojans in Invitational

Muscle Shoals’ girls finished second behind Athens in the Muscle Shoals Invitational Tuesday afternoon at James F. Moore Stadium.

The Lady Trojans finished second behind Athens in the meet after getting seven individual first places. Kaylie Wright won a meet-high four events, taking top honors in the 100, 200, high jump and long jump.

Hailey Tucker won the 400 and the 300 hurdles, while Aliyah Williams finished first in the discus.

Muscle Shoals’ boys finished third overall in the team standings behind DAR and Athens.

The Trojans’ Gregory Flint won the triple jump and Jared Tittle finished first in the shot put.

Muscle Shoals’ boys 4×100 relay team also picked up a first place in the meet.
